Can I cancel and get a refund?

You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance and you will get a full refund. Cancellations made after that time will not be refunded and you will not be able to change the date and/or time of your booking.

How much walking is there?

A total of about 2.5 km (a little over 1.5 miles) will be walked. The sidewalks and streets of montreal are notoriously full of cracks, potholes and all sorts of other urban obstacles. Just so you know.

Can I bring my dog?

Listen, I wish the answer was an unequivocal yes, but the unfortunate reality is that there will be parts of the tour where we go inside places and your four-legged baby will not be allowed in. That being said, if you want to deal with those petty issues, and if you're sure that your dog will not in any way bother anybody else on the tour, go ahead! Please send me a message to give me a warning.

Can I bring my kids?

Kids can join as long as they're ready to follow a walking tour that is not built for them. If you think they might slow down the rest of the group, please consider booking this as a private tour where we can take our time and I can adapt to their presence.
